Registration Information

The Registration Fee is $15.00
(Identification is Needed to Receive a Pledge Sheet)

Keep your pledge sheet in a safe place and return it with your pledges as driected.

If you are sponsored for $100 or more, registration is free with T-shirt and your name is entered to win a new GPS. If you sponsored for $500 or more, you receive a free Run For the Janeway / MolsonJacket.

Ensuring Guninness World Record for Most Assembled 4 Wheel ATVs

To ensure our Guinness World Record attempt for the most assembled 4 wheel ATV’s is accurate and orderly we need you to follow these conditions as closely as possible.

1. Line Up Your Bikes Early !! The record attempt will begin at 9 am SHARPE !

2. Procession will leave from the Shearstown Lions Club.

3. ATV’s MUST be 4 wheel quads for record attempt to be valid. If you have a 3 wheel bike you can still join the parade but must go to the end of the line.

4. All bikes have to be in 1 consecutive straight line from the start line to the finish line. There should be no gaps in the line. Please try and stay as close to the quad in front of you as possible. If a quad in front of you breaks down or can’t continue please pull around it and keep the parade going .

5. The finish line is in Butlerville and will be clearly marked. Upon arrival there will be a designated stop to let groups go in the country for The Janeway Run. We will let you know the record results & the number of quads when we return to the Lions Club. Final record qualification will be pending approval from The Guinness judges.

6. You will be asked to sign a waiver either when you line up your bikes or at the registration. Please stay as close to your bike as possible when lining up because there will be a count and your name will be taken..

Tips for Participants

1. Dress warmly with Helmets. (Ride is at your own risk.)

2. Ensure your machine is in good working order. carry a spare drive belt, spark plugs, plus the tools supplied by the manufacturer.

3.Start with tank full.

4. Parking and unloading areas are available at the starting area of the track.

5. No alcoholic beverages permitted on the trail.
